Remote Support Software

I have used this forum. It is very good. I have also tried the site you have recommended for remote desktop support software. For computer remote control over the web it is easy to use. It is a hosted service or you can have your own web site for your users to go to.

I agree. I've tried the remote support software service and it works well. It pretty cheap too. I was able to remote control as many computers as I wanted with accruing additional charges for bandwidth charges or license fees. I also didn't have to be ties into a single IP address for the remote support software solution to work if I changed ISP serives or my office. I use the service from home and from work. It's a wonderfull solution for pc remote control over the web. I recommend this remote desktop support solution to anyone. I have several dell systems that have setup as remote support stations in my office. I configured my accounts to send support requests to these dells and within minutes of a customer calling in for support, I have their desktop in front of one of my technicians to take care of the problem. Customer satisfaction for my company have grown tremendously and business is growing too.
